Travel in Cambridge 1 by Terence...

My first oversea traveling was traveled in Cambridge. I would like to show you how I have seen in that place even your experience was much more in that place than me.

This amazing trip was planed in 2009 when I was a F1 student. Although this trip was spent a trillion dollars from my parents, they wished I would gain edification after it.

    Before the day of traveling, I was frightened and excited. That was a first oversea-trip in my life. I thanked them for giving me this chance.

    When I reached airport in Hong Kong, I saw there were many students which came from another school near the counter. They wore the yellow clothes with “Cambridge”. They looked so cheerful and active. Their smile and laugh made me so warm!

    Then, I found my classmates, teacher and said goodbye to my mother.

    The experience in the plane was great. You could enjoy the sight out of windows but you felt nothing aboard. Cloud was near but you couldn’t touch it. They were pure and untouchable. Sun was shining through the cloud. It looked sunny and warm.

    When our plane was reached in the Heathrow Airport, there were just a few people lined up near counters so there was nearly quiet. After that, we went out of the airport and went to Cambridge University by bus.

    We got down from the bus. We arrived the dormitory of the university. You could see there were many small buildings around it. They made by brown brick. Green glass planted around them. It might be a reason that student study very well in that place. The wind was overblown. You were comfortable and refreshed.

    While we were standing outside, the principle (I guess) of this activity came. She announced that the list of flat dividing. Also, she said who were the mentors of our group. Be honest, I didn’t feel surprised or excited so that I just took my suitcase to my room.

    In the flat, there was large. And then you got in your room, you could see windows, bed, wardrobe and wash-basin. You opened windows, you would there was a big tree planted in-between another buildings. It looked like a point in a square.

If today was the last day of your life, what would you do? By Winnie

Every one might have think about what would they do if today was their last day of life, even the examination of my primary school in class also ask the question of “If today was the last day of your life, what would you do?”, however, now I grow up, my thinking changed, in the past, I might said that I would like to travel through the world, and play, have experiences in Disneyland …etc, for now, I would like to give what I have to the charity and to help the poor people in the world.

If my life was nearly ended, I think honor, money, expensive stuffs are not important for me anymore, I think I should share the love, material that I have to people who need our help and if I help them can let them to have a better life, I like to share what I have to them, packing a little gift with things the poor children need and sent to them by charities, and what I was doing is “Use my last day to change more than five children’s life”, is it an amazing thinking for a 14 years old girl?

Furthermore , I would also like to have a great dinner with my family, as I love eating, I think it was not a matter for me to eat for a lots of great dishes as I do not worry about my weight anymore, having the last day of life might be a kind of good thing.

And I would also like to have a meet with my friends, I want to find friends especially who haven’t talk to the others for a long time, such as my primary schoolmates, and talk to each other about the past memories, or to disentangle the misunderstanding in the past, so that I can go to the heaven in a relaxing mood.

  This topic was very common in primary school, and I’ve thought of this a lot when I was small. My answers were different every time, such as I want to travel the world. The answer of this time is: I’ll try the things that I’ve never tried before.

 The first thing I want to try is the roller costar and bungy jump. As I’m a very timid person, I’ve never try these before. I always want to try them, but I always afraid of them. So if I only have one day living in the world, roller costar and bungy jumping is something that I must do at that day.

The second thing I want to do is try fired insects. When people (including me) saw these fired insects, the most common response will always be “yuck!”, especially the people that are afraid of insects, like me, will immediately turn to another channel or hide ourselves behind the pillow. However, I always want to know what the taste of these things is. If today is the last day of my life, I think I won’t be afraid of it, because I’ll never remember the terrible (I think the taste will be very terrible) taste. I won’t try it if I still have many days to enjoy; I know this experience will be unforgettable.

  The last thing I want to do is go to the places that is meaningful for me, and the places that I want to go to are the three schools, my kindergarten, primary school and secondary school. Although many places are very meaningful to me, but these three places are the places that are most memorable to me. Not for any reasons, just for rewinding all my valuable memories in these three important places in my life.

  

 These are three main things I want to do if today is the last day of my life. However, do I have enough time to do all these three things in a day ?

If today was the last day of my life, I would do something that I like to do and something good.

First, I would play a game with the NBA stars, like Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard, etc. It is because since I started to play basketball, I dream that I can play a game with them. Also, they can dunk, play some awesome fake skills, block shots,etc. Next, I would throw away all the books and homework to play the computer games and TV games. Games just like my life, it can give me a lot fun. Also, it can make me to forget all the unhappy and troublesome things. Then, I would go to TVB to take a documentary about my life because I want more people to know more about my life and record my life about all sorts of joys and sorrows.After that, I would donate all my money to the charties. It is because after I die, I can't use the money, so I want to use these money to help the people in need. Then, I would have a happy moment with my friends, I would play basketball with them, sing karaoke with them, fight with them, etc. I will treasure this memorable time forever. At last, I would like to say sorry and thank you to my father and mother. I say sorry because I did many things that hurt their heart, I always don't know how to express my feelings to them, now I would like to say, "Sorry". And I say thank you because they feed and take care me when I born, they always give the best to me and I have many memorble time with them.

At here I want to say to my classmates, treasure every moment that you have, because they are all valuable, and don't do something that regretful. Just follow your feeling to do somthing you like.

Diary of a mad day by Jessie Hui

Today was an extremely mad and incredible day that I have ever met! Since I have been a giant!!

  In the morning, after I woke up, I went out to have breakfast. As usual, I ordered set A with milk tea. But I found that the milk tea taste a bit strange. I thought that the restaurant changed the milk, so I ignored this little and at the same time was a big problem… Then, I would like to go back home. On the way I went home, I started to feel sleepy and pain over my body. I lied on the sofa immediately and had a nap……

  But when I woke up I found that I was sitting on the ground and……I was about higher that IFCA! I saw a lot of people looked out from the window. Somebody scream, somebody called the police to come. I tried to stand but when I was standing up, the buildings started to shake. At this time I thought in my heart, ‘ I must get out of here.’ So, I tried to stand again and I realized that the police were coming!! I walked quickly on the road. ‘Ouch!’ I felt that I stepped on something. I saw a flat police car was under my feet. ‘Sorry!’ I said but it seems no help because the police were shooting me. I tried to walked quicker I could. On the way, I found that I destroyed lots of things, like trees, cars…etc.

  I thought the way which I will not destroy things more was keep myself in the sea. So, I stepped into the sea. Unluckily the water seemed to dip the high-way beside me. ‘What should I do?” I screamed. Suddenly I noticed that maybe I should went to the outer sea to take cover. I walked in the poor and some helicopters were flying before me. They looked like the flies. It was the most annoying thing that I have ever met. So, I ignored what the conclusion was, I hit the helicopters down, I stepped on the cars…etc. I found that my actions were mostly same with the monster. ‘At this time I screamed again.

  I noticed that Hong Kong was really very beautiful which made of legos. I hided in the water. And the lights like some shining diamonds that came from the camera of the people.

  Suddenly, I felt very sleepy. I dived in the sea…

When I woke up, I was on the sofa in my home. I thought that was a dream but when I turned on the television, ‘ In the afternoon, we found a big monster in Hong Kong….’

Actually before I write this topic, I had never thought what would I do at the last day of my life. So I think this is a chance to let me think about it.
If today was the last day of my life, I would do a lot of things that I liked to do as much as I can. It was because time was never enough for us, time would be pass very fast so we couldn't do many things in one day.
The first thing I would like to do was to play with all my friends. It was because I would never play with them after my last day. I may went shopping every where with them, I would kept on bought the product that I liked no matter how expensive were it, it just made me felt more happy than before. And I would also played PSP with them to play with them for the last time, I would choose my favorite game to play with them.
Second, I would like to do some things that would need to be very brave, I may like to get the things I liked without money. I would like to go to steal everything in any shops. It was because I had never stole things in my life, so I would like to try to steal things everywhere. If it was the last day of my life, it means that even I got punishment I would not got punished by the other day. I would like to drive a car to anywhere even I would crash it, I thought it doesn’t matter for me, at least I felt happy and excited.
Finally I would like to see my friends, parents and relatives for the last sight. To hope we could remember each other deeply.
This was my last day, I felt very sad for it. However, I could still have the most happy and excited day than before,

If today was the last day of my life, I think I would do everything I want to do. But I know that there must be one thing that I must not do and that is go to school. Even though if today was Monday, I would not go to school too.
Actually, there are not so many things that I really love to do. However, I think I would first watch all the DVDs of Michael. During the summer holiday, I always had time to watch his MTVs, movies and shows. However, after the end of the holiday, there is so much schoolwork, I don’t have time to watch his things. I can only see him in the photos and talk to him when I bathing. So if today was the last day, I would spend most of the time in watching his things.
After watched his things, I think I would go out with my sister. I love my sister so much; she is my best friend. She really understands me and we have the same taste. So she would not think that I am troublesome. Also during the summer holiday, we always went out together. We would go to everywhere we wanted to go. But my sister has many tests, so we haven’t go out together for a long time.
When we went out together, I think we would eat many things. But they no need to be very expensive. Because I don’t think that they must be very delicious. Inversely, there is so much delicious food that is very cheap.
Although I may be very sad if today is the last day of my life, I could go to the heaven and see Michael. Hope that I will not go to hell.

The preparing of the birthday party and the Christmas party By Sharon Chow

I enjoyed preparing things for the class, recently, I am preparing the birthday and Christmas party with other helpers. We go to Tsim Sha Tusi to get the Christmas decoration and carry it back to school on the 30^th of November. We go to Tsim Sha Tsui because my mum office have some decoration that they don’t want, because of being environmental friendly and saving money, we specially go to there and get the decoration. Although it is a bit inconvenient, but I still think it deserved it after I see those beautiful decorations. Then, we decorate our classroom on the same day, we come to school at about two and finish our decoration at about three, and we go to practice our choral speaking. After the practicing we still have many time until the formal performance, so we work on the Christmas card, Michelle design the envelop and we help to colour it, we really pay many effort on it, I hope our classmate would not just throw it away. For, the food, we need to find many different leaflet that talking about Christmas setting, and we need to calculate it and preparing for the vote. But for the vote, I was really disappointed with our classmate’s reaction. I don’t know why they do not know how to appreciate, I know our work is not perfect, but at least they give opinion with another better suggestion, not just reject your work with no suggestion. For the birthday party, this is simpler than the Christmas party, we just need to go to supermarket to buy chips and soft drink only, but it is harder for Michelle, because she need to draw the cards. And this time we will play games in the birthday party, I hope we will have enough time for the game. And hope they will enjoy the games. Hope all the parties will be OK. And hope they are willing to practice the dancing for the singing contest, because we have already design some dance. Wish everyone would be happy of our arrangement.

If today was the last day of your life, I would finish the thing that I wish I do.Like there are lots of drawings I want to draw then I will try to finish as much as I can.Also,I would tell to my family and friends that I need to pass away,and tell them 'I'll miss you' and say good bye to them.I will give my drawings to my parents and give some to my best friend and tell them' this is the last gifts I gave them,so can you help me to keep it well?'something like that.I will try to read all the comic  and English book that I had not read yet .That makes me feel happy when I nearly died....
When it's nearly midnight,I will just laid on my bed and wait the 'Death' to take me away...And that time I will just imagined what the heaven looks like and think I can meet my grandpa(My grandpa has passed away when I didn't born yet!) and lot of famous people (like artists or some of my unknown relatives).I will think positive like the heaven maybe lots of buildings that it's very creative and beautiful and people will having fun and imagine how I can go there.
Finally ,when times come I will just smile and closed my eyes and let 'it' takes me to the heaven...

At this moment in your life, do you want time to go quickly or slowly?(Nora Tsoi)

I usually want the time goes slower before. But now, I want the time goes can control by myself.

Just like if we didn’t do revision before and before the exam’s ten minutes, we pick up our text book to do revision, this ten minutes for revision seems very not enough, and just like one minute had passed.

But for a person that have done revision before the exam, his ten minutes before will just like an hour.

I always think that, the time goes fast or slow is because of what we think. Some times I want the time flow slower as it is already eleven o’ clock, and I still not finish my homework,so at that time, I always think that, if the time go slower and have more hours in a day, I can go to bed earlier and have enough rest.

But for other cases, such as when I go to a piano competition, I will feel nervous before it is my turn to perform. And I will want the time to flow faster, after I go out to perform, and go to get the result, and I can go home.

But some time it also told myself to have a better time management just like when I need to do homework in the midnight. If I have a good time management, I can do my homework before midnight,to have enough rest, and I will think that the time after will goes normally and happily.

Time is the thing that we can not control, we can not tell the clock to give us more hours in a day, so it tell us to treasure our time and the things happen around us, as when time goes away, we can’t went back and to change the things that happened before.

At this moment in your life, do you want time to go quickly or slowly?

Since I am an indecisive person, I don’t know which one I should choose now. In fact, both of them have their advantages and disadvantages. Like almost of our classmates, I think it will be better if we can control our time by self.

I think time can go quickly when I am unhappy. Oppositely, I hope time can be go slowly or even just stop there if I am happy. People in the past always said if we were happy, time will go quickly. However, if you are not happy, time will just move like a turtle. Meanwhile, it will go very slowly. I think this is a really meaningful quote since it is very realistic in my life. In fact, time can’t change by us. Therefore, we need to treasure it, or else we will feel regret afterward.

In this moment, I actually want the time go slowly because there have a lot of things I haven’t finish. Just use homework as an example, the homework is all staying in front of me now! And I hope I can do it as fast as possible. Also, I can do some revision or preparing for the coming UTs and tomorrow. So that, I can sleep earlier and “store” for enough energy to use. On behalf of my work, I still want to try something that I didn’t experience. I think it would be great if I can try them now. I also still need some time to play with friends and relax myself. Therefore, it can let my life to be absolutely luxuriating. And be the remarkable memories in my life.

Lastly, I think everyone should treasure the time from now on because time can not wait or back to us.

At this moment in my life, I want time to go slowly. I think that it is not just for me. Many people want time to go slowly too. Time is important to us. We can do anything in any time but we should have a plan for our time. We should do some useful things. It is because we cannot stop the time. Time is running all the time so we should not waste our time. We missed many things in our life. Everyone missed something in his or her life too. If the time goes slowly, we will have more time in our life. We can do anything that we want to do and we do not need to care the time. If we are lucky, we can have sixty years life or upper so we can do many things. In our life, we have many things to do but we always do not have enough time to do all the things that we want to do. After we die, we will have many things that we haven’t finish but we really want to finish the things.

After we die, we cannot finish the things. Time goes slowly is good for everyone. Everyone is very busy in his or her own life. If the time goes quickly, we cannot finish the things on time. If we have more time, we will have a happy life. We will not be very busy. Our life will be very relaxing. Although we all want the time to go slowly, it is impossible. We should have a timetable for our life. We should have a good management for our time. Then, we will have a useful life.

At this moment in my life, actually I don’t know whether I want time to go quickly or slowly. In fact, I know that I cannot decide this. However, I don’t know why anytime when I feel bored, I time goes slowly. On the other hand, when I feel delighted, time goes very fast.

Everyone is greed, we want lot of  time that we need even me. However, we have only 24 hours per day.

If I am able to control the time, I would want time to go slowly when I am happy and having fun . Therefore, I can feel relax and I smile more.  And time goes quickly when I am bored. (i. e. having Maths Lesson)  and sad. Therefore, I would not feel unhappy for a long time.

Everyone said that time goes regularly, however I don’t think so. Every time when we have Maths Lesson, time goes slowly and we would keep on day dreaming. But when we have Music Lesson, time goes very quick, and Toby cannot sing a song XD

At this moment in my life, I want time to go slowly. It is because I have many things to do now: D Therefore, I need time to finish my work. Also, there are not any noisy at my home now because my sister is doing homework in her room, my mother is doing housework and my father just goes out. I enjoy this moment, no one would phone me, my parents would not shout at me and my sister would not want to play with me. I can turn music volume as loud as I want, I can watch any TV programme that I like, I can do anything I want XD Therefore, I want time goes slowly at this moment.

What am I going to do? By Elizaebth Chan 3A (01)

What am I going to do? There are many things that made me sad this month. I didn’t know why my academic result has been so bad. I have got F in my Chinese subject. I already try my best to get the marks but I still got this result. Last year, my result of the Chinese subject was B. How come this year being so bad. I have no idea about this. Then, the LS subject, I got D. What? Why? These things make me more sad and sad.

But then until yesterday, I knew what was going on.

Yesterday was a special day for the school. It was the speech day. We went to school because I need to perform the oral speaking. It was quite boring when we just keep to the school. I didn’t have things to do. And we just wait and wait until Ms Batty came to our classroom. We practice many times because we realize that we have made many mistakes. We had dinner at around 6:00pm. At about 7:35pm, we went down to perform the oral speaking. When we went to the hall, we saw many teachers and students. Some of the teachers which weren’t teaching in this school this year came back. When I saw my form 1 class teacher Mrs Tang, I suddenly remember the memories in form 1.

“Everyone will have improvement, if you know what the problem is and you solve it.” This is what Mrs Tang told me when I had bad academic result in form 1.

This sentence made me know why I have this academic result this year.

Preparing for the voluntary work~ BY Kelly=]

On Monday me, Rachel and Tiffany were packing the small gifts for the voluntary work on Thursday. Stephanie have brought the Sesame Saltine biscuits and some sweet small biscuits (the sweet small biscuits were used for after drinking the Chinese medicine, so that we can feel better).At first we have think for a long time that what should we buy, we are in a hurry on that time, we were scared that we don’t have enough time for preparing the small gifts and the games.

Our group will play the ’’Big TV’’ with the elderly. Some of our group mates will put up a paper with some actions on it, so one of our group mates will have to do the actions so let the elderly to guess what action our group mate did. If the elderly can answer correctly they can have a small gift. I think the elderly will like the small gift, because it’s cute. The small bag has a Santa on it. It has Christmas feelings.

I saw the other groups in our class they really worked very hard. But the group leader that tells other group mates to cut something or buy something, they all just leave it alone. One of a group has to make 120 Christmas tree. At first all of their group mates have to help to cut it all, but some group mates don’t take the card back home then just leave it alone. They shouldn’t be like that they have responsible to the group work. But although my group will have 3 people will not be here but we will still try our best. I hope we can do well in the voluntary work. But I don’t know why they choose F.3, I think it’s useless. They didn’t ask us that do we want to do the voluntary work. But even if we have to do it, we will do our BEST!!!

At this moment in your life, do you want time to go quickly or slowly? By Jody`

At this moment in my life, I don't know well I want time to go quickly or slowly. But I want to control it. If it is the happy moment, I want the time go slowly. But on the other hand, if it is a bored or unhappy moment for me I want the time go quickly. But it is because we know that we can't control the time so we will treasure the time we had.

I want the time can go slowly when I being happy. It is because it can make me be more enjoy it, be happier, smile more. And the important thing was that it can give me an unforgettable experience for me. And at the future, I can have a lot of happy moment, when I feel unhappy; if I think of it I will become happier and not be sad anymore.

Also I will want the time go slowly. Is that there are a lot of things for me to do and when I do not have enough time to do something and do not have enough time to do the homework or revisions. It is because if there is more time for me I will be not very tired on the next day. I hope that when I was sleeping the time can also go slower. It is because I can have more time to rest and relax myself. Then the next day I will do not be so tired and do not have any stress.

If I am sad I will want the time to go quickly. It is because I do not want to be sad for a long time. Then I will not have a long experience so I can forget it for a short period. When I do not remember it my life will be happier. I think most of us do not want a sad memory.

Lastly, I know that I can not control our life or time well. So will treasure the moment we have now. The things we have, the friends, the family etc.

Hope we can treasure the things we have now.

At this moment in your life, do you want time to go quickly or slowly? by Kung Man Chun

In my life, I hope some of my time can be faster, some of my time can be slower. However, I want to control it.

For the happy time, I hope it can go as slower as it can. No one hope the happy time just can be a small part of our life. Also, if the happy time become a small part of our time, it will not be memorable. In the calculation, we can use five hundred dollars to buy a memorable happy memory (in the situation of paying to have fun (for example: go to Disney Land)) when in the slow motion of time. However, we may use five hundred dollars to buy a happy memory which cannot be memorize when in the fast motion of time. Than, I think that I will use five hundred dollars to buy a memorable happy memory. That will make us spend money  in a effective way.

For the sad time, I hope it can go as fast as it can. If you are having the the most boring lesson, the teacher can do nothing and let you go. It is one of the greatest thing in the world! Do you think so? For the employees, they will hope that their time will go fast when they are working.

When I do not have enough time to work, I will make my time go in a slow motion. It is because I can have more time to work. I can have more time to do the revision before exam! It is also one of the greatest thing in the world.

Last but not the least, if the speed of time going out of our control, it will be the worst thing in the world. It is because that will make the happy things become cannot remember or the bad things become memorable. How terrible it is.

My feelings of China Andy 3A(21)

The feelings about China, I can think of many bad things. There must have some good things, but only I can’t find them.

In mainland China, I think places are dirty, people are also dirty. In everywhere in China, places are dirty. There may have some vegetables, fruits, and rubbish on the floor. Why there have no meet? It is because the meet are expensive, they won’t waste the meet. If there have a meet on floor, there must have someone to pick it up. And they eat it. It is very disgusting, isn’t it?

In the government, they must send people to the places that had earthquake. We can see that those people must say “We must try our best to save them, don’t be so upset…” Most of the cheer things can tell others. Good things, like how many people saved by someone outside. However, they won’t tell us how many dead. The China government always does things that let others think they feel all the things in China are for them. I heard my dad said “Things in mainland are for people, things for people are for society, things for society are for our country, things for country are for the government.” So the things for government are for whom? Yes, they are all the things for the top, the leaders in China like Mr. Wu. Therefore, you can say that they are selfish.

In one of my Chinese book, I found some god things. It tells me that terrorist want to blow up places in China. First time, they planned to plan bomb on the bus, but there was too crowd, the terrorists can’t got on the bus. The second time, they planned to plan bomb in the supermarket, they had planned it, but the Remo-control stole by the Chinese. Third time, they planned to plan bomb inside the train station, but the bomb also had stolen before they plan. Last time, they succeed to plan and explode but China government didn’t tell others, so it was useless. I think it is very funny. Although it is only a story, but it shows the China real face.

May be telling lies are the things that China government good at. However, I can’t find other things.

The Wednesday By Edith Ho(5)

Yesterday was the English only day, I was a bit nervous of it, but when the activity goes on, I felt more and more relax. I really enjoy the day and I think all the classmates has already adapted this day. Although some of the students still have been punished as they spoke Chinese, I think it is a little to remind them not to speak Chinese nest time.

Except of the English only day, yesterday was also the first time that all our classmates had hand in all the homework day! Since some of our classmates do not have good habit on hand in homework, our class random hand in the homework in a whole. So, this time, Mr. Cheng told us that if we hand in all the homework for one time, we’ll have a number ‘one’ on the black board. If we hand in the homework for two times, we’ll have a number ‘two’ on it...and all the number goes on. In yesterday, we finally got our first time in class. And we happily wrote down the number on the black board!

I hope our class can enjoy the English day more, but not just as a hard work of the week. Just like Mr. Cheng had said, ‘If we think in English, it will be easier for us.’ Also, I hope 3A can maintain the habit of hand in home on time and the number may increase in the future!

At this moment in your life, do you want time to go quickly or slowly? by Grandy

At this moment in my life, I think time is not going too fast or too slow. As time is like this, it makes us would be more treasure our time. If the time had passed, you could not go for it again. We should do our work seriously. Finally do not  be regret because of your not working hard before.
Time is usually passing with normal speed. But why sometimes we think that time goes quickly or slowly? When we had some happy moments, you will notice that time is not really allow us to spend. Due to during you are ecstasy in playing with each other, you will forget the existence of time. So you thought which there are not much time to have happy moment.
On the other hand, the opposition of the happy moments. That means the sad moments. At this time, you may think that time is going so slowly because of you are not feeling well. If the actual time of the happy moment and sad moment are the same, you will feel time passing quickly with the happy moment and time passing quiet slowly with the sad moment.
In fact, I think the time should not be changed to go quickly or slowly. It should keep it normal. The thing that we should change is our feeling. Although in our life it may have some sad moment, we should not be absolutely despair. Keep it in mind, there are more unlucky people have more painful memory than you. You are not the only one to face these bad news.
Why you want time to go quickly or slowly is decided on your personal feeling. Time is not going too fast or too slow. And also I do not want time to go fastly or slowly. From now, we should relize that should not waste our time and work harder for our future. As we all know, time will not able to wait for you.

Everyone have dream, maybe one, or maybe more than one, and everyone do like to meet a genie, for me, I think meeting a genie is quite impossible, however, I always day dream.

What I dream about may not affect the world, but for fill my little wishes.

The first one, I would like to have endless young, I want to become 12-year-old for each year, the year which can pay the bus free for half, pay the tickets for half, no need to worried about secondary school life, and can always try different kind of thing, as everybody know, when someone grow up, they may lost the ability of trying different kind of things, and follow the trend between teenager, and can have different kinds of life.

For my second wishes that I want my genie give me, is to have a lot of money, to have different kind of stuff which I want, I have different kind of hobbies, interests, and also, I need money to doing this, like buying comics, camera, new violin, and also, having money can let me to learn more different kind of new things, like drums, dancing, fencing…etc. And as you know, nowadays, if you want some good quality products, you need to pay a lot of money to buy it, especially brands, so money is important to human.

For the last one, I would like to ask the genie to have a million of wishes more, I do think that I am quite greedy and bad, also, I always want a lot of different kind of things, and a million of wishes are suitable for me, I believe not only me, many people will do that also, and hope my beautiful genie would not say I can’t do this, otherwise, I may become red.

If I met a genie who gave me three whishes, my first whish will be a quite interesting but it's impossible in the real life. Can you guess what is it? It is: please make the plot of Harry Potter become real.

As you know, I love Harry Potter so much(my individual presentation topic is Harry Potter), so I always think if there is a real Hogwarts School of Witchcarft and Wizardry in teh world, what will it be? Will it be the normal life like that? I really thought of there is a magic world, but we don't know. And I immideately think it is impossible, I realize that Harry Potter is only a story that written by J.K Rowling. But I really want to try to be a witch, I want to wave the wond so that something will disappear or occur! Although there is a Harry Potter land, but it still isn't a real magic world.

The secong wish is that I want to have 30 hours a day. I first feel that 24 hours a day is not enough since I am a form.3 student. Tones of tests, dictations and homework make us don't have time to do our own things. Our time of leaving school had already changed from 3:50p.m. to 4:00p.m., so I wish there is more time for me or for us to do our things. Otherwies we will be crazy!

The last wish is I want to have a clever brain, so that I din't need to spen so much time on doing homework and revision, and I con still get a high score in examination. I can also inish my homework earlier so that I will have more time to do my own things(if this wish comes ture, may be the second wish can be deleted because I've already have enough time). Especially in Maths, I can solve the problem more easily if I have a clever brain.

Science UT

   Today is Science Uniform Test, everyone went to school early to do revision. When they got to their sit, they took out the Science text book and started revision. I was taking notes at that time, on Sunday, I realized that I can remember the things in the book after I copy it for once. I had revision for the whole week and I felt I am confident with it. However, I think that I need to do more revision, because if I do more revision, the result would be better.
   At every lessons, including Chinese, LS and English. We asked for the teachers to let us to do revision, they were so kind that they let us do the revision. We treasured every single seconds, and kept on do the revision. And at Science lesson, we had a little competition. Dr. Dik asked some question and we needed to write the answers to blackboard.
   After the Science lesson, is the UT time. Everyone was very anxious, we are afraid that we would fail the test. During the test, everyone took the test seriously. However, 45 minutes time passed so quickly and Mr.Cheng took all of our test paper and the Science test. I am confident with it because I had prepared a lot.

A horrible experience at Halloween By Christopher Avery Kong

This time last year, my friend and i went to a hotel to celebrate Halloween. We were really excited and packed our luggage to go the hotel.

We went out for fun. After an exhaustive day of shopping and playing, we were so tired that we couldn't wait to lie down and have a good sleep. In the middle night, my friend Kevin woke me up and said he heard noises of toilet flushing on its own and saw a dark shadow roaming in the middle of the room and even felt an unseen hand poking on her back when she was sleeping.
At first, I thought he was making up stories and scared me. Within a seconds, there was someone locking on the door. I could hear a voice saying'Trick or Treat'. Who could it be? When i opened the door, there was no one, and all i could see was an empty hallway with a breeze-cold draft outside the door and the winsows are opening and closing by themselves! Unexpected light turn on and off down the hallway. I was so scared and i slammed the door immediately and jumped into the bed with my friends. We were praying andd keeping telling ourselves that it was a joke.

Until this day, we still have no clue what it was, but we sure that we will never go to that hotel, again.

If l met a genie who gave me three wishes, one of my wishes will be I never grow. When I first saw Peter Pan this movie, I thought that it was cool which people never grow up. It is because I can ignore the time management thing. I may have a lot of time. Therefore, I can do all the things that I want to do. When I died I will not think ‘There was something that I did not do! I don’t want to die!’. Also I can have much more time to do my favorite thing.

The second wishes will be, I can travel time. I can go back to past and future. I want to make this wishes is because I can understand everybody. I remember that my father said his childhood was not that good than me. He did not have computer to use. Every day, he was doing the same things…..etc. Therefore, I want to know why he feels like that. On the other hand I want to go to future to see what will happen. If it happens some bad things, I would like to change the past. For example, if Mr. Earth died…so I may go back to past and don’t let these kind of things happen. I may tell people to be more environmental friendly.

And the last wishes will be…… I think I would like to keep this wishes first. One of the reason is I can’t think it. Also, I think I will have more wishes in my future. I do not want to be regret in future that I make all the wishes.   

   But I know that these wishes must not be true. So what I need to do is do something that I will not regret as I can’t travel time and I may grow.

     I still remember that in primary school, an English lesson conducted by the NET teacher,she told us a story about a boy and a genie,from that day onwards, I always dream that the genie would gave me three wishes.


    If the genie gave me three wishes,the first one is I hope I can born again from my mum's body and to have everything fully developed,especially a pair of normal legs! So that other people on the street will not always look at me curiously which made me a little bit upset sometimes. This pair of normal legs can do a lot of things(e.g. dancing) And of course, with this pair of normal legs, my parents do not have to burden on me so much and I don't have to take leave so often for going to medical appointments which I lose an opportunity to attend the lesson,meanwhile,my parents can have more time to take a rest.

    The second one is I want to have a sister who is already an adult. She can teach me a lot of things and take care of me sometimes(may be she can go to the medical appointments with me)in order to reduce the workload of my parents. Moreover, I always feel bored because I am the only child at home, if I have a sister, I can play and share everything with her except dad,mum,teacher,classmates and friends.

    Finally, I wish that I can have a chance to thank all the doctors and nurses who had tried their very best to rescue  and took care of me under such a hard circumstance. When I think back, I was super touched by their kindness,sincerity and effort which they treated me as their sworn daughter. Unfortunately, I can't do that since most of them were gone from Queen Elizabeth Hospital already. Also,I want to meet my medical officer-in-charge again to thank for her concern and reminder when I was in hospital last Christmas.Her reminder serve as an aleration for me that I have to take care of myself,do more exercise and have a balanced diet in order to keep my body health. This scary,painful and impressive experience will stick onto my heart forever and I will nerver forget what she said.(Not hoping to have this experience for one more time, I just want to try to meet her again when I go back AHMLNH for medical appointments sometimes,haha..Silly wishes!! In fact, I have a very deep sentiment towards these two hospitals. XD)

   Hope my wishes can come true one day!

Chapter one: A dream

  My name is Peter Wong. I am a normal F.4 student. I always day-dream or dream and the dreams is always horrible. It’s usually about being chase of being killed, one or two times is about being in the Hell. I do not want to dream but they never get out of my brain. One time, I day-dreamed in the class, I saw the earth is breaking into small pieces and I’ve dead in an explosion, I screamed and the whole class laughed at me. The day after it, the dream appeared again, I was dead and I’m in a dark box. I do not know what will happen next because my dear classmate Kitty brought me out from that dream. It seems that the dream will never stop……

  “Hey, Peter what’s wrong?” Kitty asked me. “Nothing, just a little dream, I’ve already get used to it.” I replied. Every day, the dream appeared in my mind. I’ve already made it to be my habit. I don’t care whether I dead in which way, that’s just a dream. Then the bell rang.

  Mr. Ng is our biology teacher; he said that he would talk about why animals will die. That is very boring because I’ve tried all in my dreams. Crashing cars, killed by many weapons or die naturally. I start felling tried and I started to get a dream again.

  Wow! That my first reaction. The trees were falling in the forest, they all fall down, and I stand there and doing noting because I can move, that the first time I cannot move in my dream. ”Hey! It’s my dream, why I can’t move, damn it!” I shouted. And the tree pressed on me. I closed my eyes and wait for die as uausal.

A day of work in McDonald's

It is my first day of work at McDonald’s. I arrived at work at 8am and met the manager. It was really too early for me, extremely early. In the normal days, I won’t open my eyes in the bed until 9am. I felt very tired but I still need to work. I sat down in the manager’s office and he said to me. “Today is your first day to work here. Here is your uniform. Please start to work at 8:15 am. Hope you will enjoy on working here.”

After I dressed up, an older cleaner brought me to go around the restaurant and introduce everything there for me. Actually, my duties are to serve the clients, tidy up the tables for them to use and to—clean the toilets. I thought these were simple for me but I was totally wrong.

Firstly, I helped the clients to take their foods from the counter to their seats. However, at the same time, they complained that my action was too slow and the foods have cooled down already. What? I have never met this kind of people, how unbelievable they were! I have already walked as fast as I can, how could they moan to me like that? I stole my “fire” in my heart and continue to work. Then I went to clean the toilet. The duty that I thought was easy before, only after five minutes, I recognized that I was wrong—I wanted to die… My waist was as painful as I have done exercises for three hours; my legs was as tired as I have ran for 3000 m. But I could only have nothing to complain, I still needed to clean it. However, a problem came towards me again.

After an hour of hard work in the toilets, I took a rest for myself to breathe. But when I was drinking water, the manager came towards me with his angry face. He said that a man had complained that the toilet was too dirty. I went to see what happened. Oh gosh! Just a minute, there is hundred of tissue paper have been thrown on the floor! The manager told me, that was the last chance for me. If I make mistake again, he would consider to—fire me. I was very afraid so I worked harder and harder and said to myself that I couldn’t make any mistake again.

I didn’t know was it my “black day” or not, I still made mistake again.

When I was taking the foods from the counter, so unfortunately, I pulled some coke on a customer’s shirt. This time, the manager haven’t said anything again, he gave me my salary-- $90 and let me to leave.

I finally have been fired.

I didn’t know what happen to me, I cried for a long time. That was my first job. But I have been fired within a day. I couldn’t understand. Was the truth in the society really that bad? Or was it exactly my destiny? I started to regret that I hadn’t worked hard when I was young. But I still had an opportunity. I could start work hard just right now. I promised that I wouldn’t be so lazy again.

If I were an animal, which animal would I be?

  If I were an animal, I would like to be a tiger which lives in a forest of Africa. The reason why I wanted to be a tiger instead of other animals is that tiger is the king of the animals that it can do everything that others animals cannot do.

   First of all, Tigers will have lesser stress and work compare to others animals and also human. For normal animals, they need too many things to beware, like: A place which is safe for them, need to find food to eat, beware animals to eat them etc. For human being, they also need to have many things to face e.g.: Money, Friendships, Public, Boss, Test etc. However being a Tiger has just one thing to beware is to find enough food for them and after satisfied this need, they can enjoy their time to have fun.

  Second, being a Tiger can have much more power than being a human or animals, as a Tiger can try all kinds of animals in the world by fresh, also will not be disturb by other people when it was sleeping, can have more physical strength like: having sharp teeth, claws, having strong legs for chasing and beautiful skins.

  Finally for all, Tiger is only just my second choice except being a human. I think that human is the best animals inside the world. Although you may need to face lot of challenge then being a Tiger, I still think that being a human can have a more relaxing life than a animals. Do you agree that ?

Why people buy i-phone?

Nowadays, we often see people carrying an i-phone or i-pod but you can easily find someone having an i-phone for playing games only.  They will pull out another phone for calling or answering friends.  Why they need to buy i-phone?  Because it already been a trendy indicator of young generation.

Normal phone charges is around fifty dollars per month but they need to pay three hundred more for using i-phone which finally they just use it as a game console.   

The monthly fee includes going to the internet and talking on the phone.  But as I said, people that have an i-phone use the other phone to talk, but even they do not talk on the phone, they must pay this fee, so why people buy i-phone.  Next, people usually just play games in phone, again why do they buy i-phone, if they just want to play games, why don’t they play computer or play other game console at home?

Some of them use i-phone to listen music, but why? Normal phones can also provide this function. So why we must use i-phone for listening to music? If you just want to listen music, why don’t listen in a phone or in a MP3 Player. Is it the music will be better if we use an i-phone to play, or is it you will love the song more if it is play by an i-phone?

The function of going to Internet by phone is provide for the businessman, they always need to check the finical market, so they always need to browse a web. But people nowadays often use i-phone to browse YouTube, Facebook or other website, it is not really important, and we don’t need to check it immediately. So why we must buy an i-phone for going online out of the house.

Moreover, people nowadays buy i-phone 4 in order to show that they are trendy, but soon i-phone 5 will be detrude, will people sell their i-phone 4 and buy 5?

Finally, are people buying i-phone because they need or they just want to be trendy, this is a question for all of you.

I remember when I was a primary one student, I always thought that what my wishes would be when I saw a genie. When I was a little girl, I always wished that I could study in a good Secondary School, good University and to watch all the movies of Stephen Chow. However, the genie had never come.

If one day, I met a genie and he gave me three wishes, I think that my wishes would be like this…

First, I would ask him to improve my English into a great level. English is a very important language as the interlanguage, so we must very good at this. However, good at this language is very difficult. Also, my English is extremely bad at the same time, and improve my English is not a piece of cake. I have to work extremely hard, ensure that I use the good way. Or else, my English could never be improved. So I think ask the genie for help is the easiest and greatest way to improve.

I think the second wish is to let me to study at Polytechnic University. Although this University is not the greatest University in the entire world, it is the only University that I want to study at. I think it is a very beautiful University, it just like a mini-city. I know that Hong Kong University looks like a mini-city too, but I think this University is too far away and I think all the people there are bad guys. They must be very arrogant and they must think that they are the greatest and smartest people in the Hong Kong.

The last one is very silly. Also, if there is no genie, it could never happened. I want to see Michael. I hope that he could stay with me forever and I could be a friend of him. I remember I watched some videos when he played with his friends, I can see their happy face when they were playing with Michael. I also want to play with him and have a happy time too!

However, I know genie would never come, my last wish could never happened. May be I should work harder to realize the other two wishes.

The forest of Alien by Dawn Lau (12)

 I opened my eyes and could not make sense of what I saw. The last thing I could remember was walking in that spooky forest on Halloween...
That day, it was Halloween,every kids are saying" Treat or Trick",Getting sweets and play jokes with each other.It was quite childish for me, so I decided to walk to somewhere scary and excited.I found a forest, which was dark and fun for exploring,I invited some friends to go with me with some torch light. While we were exploring,we saw a large hole,which was the size of a big meteor,then something came out from the hole,an Alien!!!
The Alien was brown in colour,has a tail,which was spiky and long.It crawl and it looks like  "he" was ready to attack us.
" It's this world really have alien?Why it came an allien that looks like James Cameron's movie Alien?"
Suddenly,there were a bunch of them,crawling towards us.I remember the movie that these alien will plant some babies into human's stomach,you won't feel it,then they burst out from your stomach!It was REALLY REALLY DISGUSTING and the people who have been planted,they felt very painful!
Me and my friends ran away from these aliens,then something made me fall down to the ground,I fainted at that time.
When I woke up,I was at the same place, my friends were laying down just as I do,but they were fine.We looked at the forest again,the hole has disappeared.No aliens came out and plant on human's stomach,and there was no idea knew  where they gone.
Me and my friends walk back home together.I was thinking that if that screen just now it's a joke or the world really DOES Have Alien.That night was the most excited and horribe night to me.
